Design-Construction: 2006-2008 Program: single family house Photography: Anastasia Adamaki The plot-a long narrow strip of land along the steeply sloping road but with a panoramic view. The building is placed parallel to the road, creating a barrier-boundary towards it. The composition consists of three main volumes. They are developed side by side on the longitudinal axis of the plot with a scaling of the height in the central part of the composition and from north to south. In this way, the best use of the shape of the plot is achieved, the best view from the visitor when approaching it and the full use of the orientation by placing the outdoor dining areas on the south side and with expansion in the yard, which is the main element of the house and is the connection of the building with the rest of the village |
