The building is a vacation house that began to be built in 1981 but was left unfinished. In 2008, with additional permission,
the completion and updating of the building proceeded.
The basic frame was kept but the external balconies and staircase were modified.
The basic principle of the new composition was the readability of the geometry of the
building's volumes with clean geometric shapes, as well as the integral relationship with the courtyard.
The unification of the ground floor with it is achieved with large openings that allow the outdoor space to enter the interior of the house.
